Joseph C. Perconti earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M Cooley Law School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University. Mr. Perconti has been specializing in family law matters and serving Northern New Jersey throughout his career. As a former Family Law Clerk, Mr. Perconti is well versed in court procedure and is well respected by the Judiciary and his peers. He is a former member of the Family Law Inns of Court as well as an approved family law mediator. He regularly participates and lectures at continuing legal education seminars and has been consecutively recognized and distinguished as a Super Lawyer. Complimenting Mr. Perconti’s expertise in family law is his knowledge and experience in transactional matters such as land use, zoning, residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Perconti has sat on several Banking Advisory boards and has been review counsel for many financial institutions. He is the Township of Wyckoff Planning Board attorney.
Mr. Perconti was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to be a Judge for the Central Judicial Processing Court and a Municipal Court Judge. He serves on the District XI Ethics Committee and is a Trustee for the Passaic County Bar Association. Mr. Perconti is certified to appear before the United States Supreme Court, New Jersey Supreme Court, New Jersey District Court and New Jersey Appellate Division.
