Diana Strlovski, Esq., is an associate at Damiano Law Offices. She received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Fordham University and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law.
During law school, Diana was selected to participate in the Center for Social Justice Family Law Clinic where she represented indigent clients in connection with a variety of family law issues. Her clinic work included representation in domestic violence, divorce litigation, and non-dissolution motion practice. Diana was recognized by the law school and received an award for her “Outstanding Contribution to the Family Law Clinic.” Also while attending law school, Diana worked for a boutique immigration law firm where she assisted clients with family-based immigration petitions, removal defense, and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Upon graduation from law school, Diana served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James A. Farber, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Sussex County, Chancery Division, Family Part.
Diana has devoted her private practice to family law matters. She is experienced in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, college contribution, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, property settlement agreements, and domestic violence. Her background in both family law and immigration law make her especially knowledgeable on the impact divorce has on immigrating spouses and their dependents.
Diana is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court.
